Swedish Supper
7.30, Tuesday 19 July 2016

To celebrate our exhibition by the Swedish glass artist Ulla Forsell we are hosting a Swedish supper.

The Swedish supper will be hosted at Flow gallery and catered by friends of the gallery- Freddie Campbell and Ollie Gold. Both Freddie and Ollie have been working in the hospitality trade for nearly two decades.

Ollie’s love for food and travel led him into the world of Formula One. Ollie has followed the food route passionately around the world working in Formula One kitchens experiencing many different flavours and cuisines from Austin's famous BBQ's to Singapore's finest chilli crabs.

As the son of a wine merchant, Freddie has had an interest in many different elements of the drinks industry since an early age. His varied experience has taken him from running pubs in Chelsea to setting up cocktail bars in Hackney. He now runs his own events cocktail company specialising in providing contemporary cocktails to both the private and corporate events markets.

The three-course dinner will be eaten from the specially commissioned tableware. We have invited ceramic artist Jess Joslin to create Scandinavian inspired tableware. The evening provides a unique opportunity to buy limited edition tableware, and talk to the maker over dinner.

We hope you can help us celebrate and join us for the Scandinavian Supper.
