The Makings of a Woolly Brooch…

“I was inspired to make this brooch by one I saw pinned to a beautiful stripey cardigan at the Imperial War Museum in the Children at War exhibition. Home made jewellery, created from materials gathered round the home – what a better way to spend a November afternoon!

Materials:Some materials will be provided but please bring some of
your own which is always more fun. Please bring odd balls of wool,
tapestry yarn, darning needle, scraps of plastic and any embroidery
pieces, bits of felt or blanket, safety pins, scissors for cardboard
and scissors for sewing.
