Lisa Stockham
British Ceramic Artist
Lisa reviews the use of pattern decoration and textile imagery. She often takes decorative detailing as a starting point and builds her vessels from the pattern. The decoration becomes the structure. The pieces are reminiscent of cut sheets of fabric or as if the form has been rebuilt from fragments, becoming reminiscent of eroding sculptures or mended crockery.
