Flow Sake Set (Set of 3) by Celia Dowson

‘These pieces explore Material Memory captured in glass through its material fluidity. Molten glass flows into shape contained within the boundaries of form through wave-like movements. Each piece reflects its making process; areas are left exposed and raw ‘droplets in glass’ or polished to accentuate colour depth and material glow. Each object is also a reflection of the non-visual memories we create over time; the object lives on and the stories it holds will enrich.’
